Welcome to Colorado County Appraisal District!
Within this site you will find general information about the District and the ad valorem
property tax system in Texas, as well as information regarding specific properties within the
district.

Our offices are located at 106 Cardinal Lane. Office hours are from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through
Friday. We observe each of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day (Thurs. & Fri.), Christmas Eve,
and Christmas Day.

Colorado CAD is responsible for the fair market appraisal of properties within each of the
following taxing entities:
